With Buy, you are taken to the Smart360 purchase page; you choose the number of mailboxes and, if desired, add-on packs, then make the payment.

Billed annually

The price is shown monthly and billed annually; the annual amount is twelve times the monthly price. There is no setup fee.

Your old emails are migrated

Migration and analysis of emails from your old server are free during the initial setup.

All-inclusive

Approval flow, team collaboration, reasoned security analysis, translation and mail chat are enabled in every mailbox.

Add as your needs grow

Existing customers add mailbox and add-on packs from the Purchases screen in the Smart360 organization dashboard.

No user limit

Users and domains are managed from the Smart360 dashboard; there is no separate charge for the number of users.

How many mailboxes and how much storage can be used?

You choose the number of mailboxes. Each mailbox adds area and a monthly AI allowance to the plan; the area is shared within the organization; the values are stated in the table above. If more area or AI tokens are needed, add-on packs are purchased; mailboxes and add-on packs are added from the Purchases screen in the Smart360 organization dashboard.

Can multiple domains be used?

Yes. The plan includes 5 domains and is independent of the number of mailboxes; for more, contact support. One of the domains is marked as primary. When opening a mailbox, which domain to use is selected.
